What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

Gender is divided into male and female. If the Senedd is aiming to increase representation of women, that's great. However, if the Senedd is hoping to blur gender lines this works out to be detrimental to women so I don't agree with it. Biological sex is the only form of sex or gender the matters. the rest is just fashion and self expression, which is fine, but sex based rights are being harmed by the confusion of sex and sex stereotypes.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

This doesn't work. It's open to abuse. Why would I ask a woman want a biological man to represent my sex?  A man can never understand what it's like to grow up female, to have a female body, no matter if they have reassignment surgery, so why would I want a biological man to represent women's matters? There are enough women to cover that role. If someone is trans, that should be a third category, or they just represent their biological sex while acknowledging that they're trans.

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

yes -  look around at what's happening when the gender lines are blurred. Male rapists in women's prisons, biological men telling gender critical women they're not welcome at international women's day; female children in male bathrooms? It's idiotic to pretend that you can change sex or be one sex mentally and the opposite sex physically -  it's a falsehood that nobody is allowed to even say anymore. It's absolutely ridiculous what's happening -  like the emperor's new clothes.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

equal representation of men and women is a good thing, self ID legislation is a waste of money and will harm women'

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Anything else?
